Squarespace is my go-to recommendation for almost every client unless they have very specific requirements that go beyond what Squarespace can handle. It's the no-code builder that consistently delivers stunning results without making you feel like you need a computer science degree to use it.
Wix
Wix is a powerful no-code builder that gives you extensive control over every design element on your site. With tons of blocks and power plugins available, you can create exactly the look and functionality you want. However, all that flexibility comes with a trade-off—fewer guardrails mean it's easier to accidentally mess things up or create inconsistent styling across your site.
Kajabi
Ideal for coaches and therapists who want to combine their website with course creation, email marketing, and client management tools. Kajabi is particularly powerful for practices offering online programs or digital resources, providing everything you need under one roof.
How it Works & What to Expect
Rebuilding Your Site
This process involves extracting all your current website content, images, and assets, then rebuilding it on your new platform. Every page every image gets replicated.
Timeline: About One Week
Once the project begins, it should take about one week to complete, depending on factors like number of pages / blog posts, amount of custom coding needed, etc.
Minimal Disruption
Your old site will be live during the entire migration. There may be a 1-2 day disruption when pointing your domain to the new site.

Yes! We don’t need to access the back-end of your website and don’t literally move the data. We use it to design the look and feel of a new site on a different platform. This means your site can be on Wordpress, TherapySites, BrighterVision—anything really!

You really don’t need to be involved much at all. We can pull assets from your website and can rebuild the look without your assistance. However it is very helpful to be responsive if any issues do arise to keep the project moving.

Yes! While we specialize in therapist and mental health websites, we can work on websites for anybody.

If we are scheduling in advance, there will be a $100 deposit to get on the production calendar. Once it’s time to start, 50% is due, with the remaining balance at project completion.
We do have flexible payment plans & options available if needed.
