Once you approve the scope, we'll sign a simple agreement and you'll pay a deposit to get started. Then I'll send you instructions for granting website permissions.

Minimal involvement required! You'll fill out our detailed questionnaire, provide photos of yourself and your office, and give feedback during the design process. We handle everything else.

If we are scheduling in advance, there will be a $100 deposit to get on the production calendar. Once it’s time to start, 50% is due, with the remaining balance at project completion.

No, your site will have no downtime. For formatting and “clean up” I will usually do it on a live page. For major changes, I will duplicate the page and hide it until you approve the changes.
